Of course!
3. How do you prefer my artwork or logo to be supplied?
As a general rule, our preferred file formats are ".pdf", ".ai", ".eps", ".cdr".
4. How do you create the aluminum tagss,labels,tags?
Stamping forming and cutting.
5. What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 100 pcs.
6. How long are your turnaround times?
Generally 3-5 days if the goods are in stock. Or 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
7. Are there any setup or design fees?
Generally $10 per one design. But if you can send the vector file, or your order quantity is more than 500 pcs, the design is free.
8. Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
Yes, we could offer the nameplate sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
