Fiber laser marking machine is mainly composed of the following five parts:

1. Laser power supplies

3. Scanning system for galvanometer

The vibrating mirror scanning system is composed of two parts: optical scanner and servo control. The whole system is designed and manufactured with new technology, new material, new technology and new working principle.
The optical scanner adopts servo motor with dynamic magnetic deflection working mode. It has the advantages of large scanning angle, large peak torque, large load inertia, small electromechanical time constant, fast working speed, stability and reliability. Precision bearing backlash mechanism provides ultra-bottom axial and radial runout error; "electronic torque bar" replaces the traditional elastic material torque bar, which greatly improves the service life and long-term reliability; zero-power holding working principle at any position not only reduces the use of power consumption, but also reduces the device's heating effect, eliminating the need for thermostatic devices; advanced precision position detection and sensing technology with high stability. Advanced precision position detection sensing technology provides high linearity, high resolution, high repeatability and low drift performance.
The optical scanner is divided into an X-direction scanning system and a Y-direction scanning system, with a laser reflector lens fixed on each servo motor shaft. Each servomotor is separately controlled by a computer that sends out digital signals to control its scanning trajectory.


4. Focusing system

The role of the focusing system is to focus the parallel laser beam at one point. The main use of f-θ lens, different f-θ lens focal length is different, marking effect and range is not the same, fiber laser marking machine choose imported high-performance focusing system, its standard configuration lens focal length f = 160mm, effective scanning range of Φ110mm. the user can according to the need to match the model of the lens.

The optional F-θ lenses are:

f=100mm,有效聚焦范围Φ65mm。
f=160mm,有效聚焦范围Φ110mm。


5. Computerized control systems

The computer control system is the center of the whole laser marking machine control and command, and also the carrier of software installation. Through the sound and light modulation system, galvanometer scanning system coordinated control to complete the workpiece marking processing.

Fiber laser marking machine computer control system mainly includes chassis, motherboard, CPU, hard disk, memory stick, D / A card, floppy drive, monitor, keyboard, mouse and so on.
